Terminal 5 all returning empties MUST have appointment starting 2/21

Beginning Tuesday 2/21 all empty containers returning to Terminal 5 MUST have valid Empty Drop Appointment BEFORE the truck arrives at the terminal.

Empty appointments must be scheduled on eModal.
